Step 2: Get to Know You
I’ll take a deep dive into your strengths, weaknesses, and life demands. We’ll craft a roadmap that balances your training, recovery, and injury prevention strategies.
Step 3: Build Your Custom Plan
Your personalized program will include targeted workouts, a body maintenance routine, and access to my Injury Coaching Course Library to prevent injuries and promote recovery.
Step 4: Train, Recover, and Thrive
I’ll continually monitor your progress, analyze your data, and make adjustments as needed to keep you on track. If injuries arise, I’ll walk you through recovery strategies so you can get back to performing at your best.
